2 ounces lean ground beef
⅓ cup sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons light pasta sauce, such as Heart Smart
1 6-ounce russet potato, baked
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
In a skillet cook beef and mushrooms, stirring occasionally. Drain; add pasta sauce and heat through. Top potato with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
